1. Processing of personal data and its purpose

Our purpose for the processing activities that we conduct with personal data is the possibility to communicate with the (potential) relations. We process the personal data derived from our website.

About you, as our visitor of the website, we process: name, email address, telephone number and/or usage data obtained through cookies. 

In order to contact us about a question regarding our services or your rights under the GDPR, you can find our office address, telephone number and e-mail address via our website. Depending on the way in which you decide to contact us, we process your name, telephone number and/or email address. We process this personal data in order to provide you with a response as soon as possible.  

In order to provide a functional website, we use cookie technology to collect website usage data and to improve our services to you. On our website, we use Google Analytics. 

Google Analytics use analytical cookies. Analytical cookies allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors to our website, show us how visitors behave on the website and record which content is read. This helps us to determine how frequently particular pages are visited and to determine the most popular areas on our website and/or services. This helps us to improve the website and the services. By placing these cookies, we will solely process anonymous analytical data from you. No personal data like name or IP-address will be processed. 

Processing of personal data when applying for a job

Data subjects can apply via our website. We only process application data during the application process and with the aim of finding the suitable candidate for a position. We do not share this information with any third party without the prior written consent of the applicant, unless required by law. The personal data processed during an application process will be deleted no later than four weeks after the end of the application procedure. If we have received permission from the applicant to keep the personal data for one year after the application process, the data may be kept longer and we can inform the applicant if a suitable position becomes available within that year. 

2. Legal grounds for processing personal data

We process your personal data based on a legitimate interest. We aim to collect and process your data only for certain legitimate business purposes, only after having checked that the fundamental rights and freedoms of you as a data subject are not seriously impacted. This includes facilitating and improving your experience in the use of our website and our related services. 

3. Transfer of data with third parties

The personal data of our relations through the use of the website are only processed by us and are not transferred to third parties. In exceptional cases when required by law, we may be deemed to provide access to your data or to disclose your data.

5. Removal of personal data (retention periods)

For visitors of our website who provide us their contact details, we will delete the data within two months after responding to your question or your request.

If and in so far we (partly) base the processing of personal data concerning you with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at all times. Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before withdrawal. 

Requests to exercise your rights can be sent to us via the contact details at the end of this privacy and cookie statement. We may request provision of additional information necessary to confirm your identity.  We will respond to incoming requests within four weeks. 

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in case you find that your rights regarding the processing of personal data are being violated by us.

Our privacy and cookie statement will be updated regularly. The most recent version will be available at www.bulsink.nl and at request.
