Basic-Fit is expanding rapidly across Europe, continuously growing its network of clubs while upgrading existing locations. We support this ambitious rollout in the Netherlands, France, and Germany.
Our approach? Smart clustering. By grouping multiple clubs in the same region into a single project – for example, handling three refits simultaneously – we significantly accelerate the process. Instead of managing separate timelines, we deliver one coordinated execution. This leads to clear benefits:

The refits are completed within a week – without any club closures. Thanks to a phased approach, specific zones are temporarily closed while the rest of the club remains fully operational.
