As a family business, active since 1928, we have extensive expertise in retail, office and hospitality projects. We do not see ourselves as a standard general contractor. Of course, good construction is at the heart of what we do, but we believe the experience we offer our clients, partners and employees is just as important. We want to show that a construction company can also be warm, welcoming and personal. Our building at Ekkersrijt, from the guest parking area to the restaurant with sky bar on the top floor, is fully designed around hospitality.

Hospitality from the first moment

It starts in the parking area. As soon as you step out of your car, music is playing and you are welcomed with your own name projected on display. This immediately sets the tone. When you enter, you are personally welcomed by our hostess, with coffee or tea and, of course, a traditional Brabant sausage roll.

Brabant hospitality is in our DNA. We combine it with a professional and personal approach, so clients and visitors feel welcome from the very first moment.

Design and functionality in perfect harmony

The Bulsink building is more than an office; it combines design and functionality in a thoughtful way. Each floor has its own interior style, and there are coffee corners for informal meetings. At Bulsink, we believe a pleasant working environment is very important. That is why we offer relaxation areas with table football and pool, and provide a healthy lunch with fresh fruit every day.

An important part of our six-star experience is our culinary offering. On the top floor, Gülnur Nielen of Pure Food & Pure Taste leads our restaurant, where fresh and healthy dishes are prepared every day.

We tailor the menu to the wishes of Bulsink guests and even inspire employees to contribute their own ideas for dishes. And yes, we do still have the occasional croquette day here too.”
