Can you tell us about yourself?

“My name is Teske Verbruggen, I’m 53 years old and live in the center of Den Bosch with my three kids. I’ve been working at Bulsink for half a year now. My great passion is ‘the outside’ in the broadest sense of the word: camping, cycling and every now and then a game of golf. On the other hand, I enjoy  cooking, dining and having drinks with friends or a party. “

What does your job entail, and what do you enjoy most about your work?

“In the Finance team, I’m the connector between our own team and external parties, like the accountant, the bank and insurance company. The great thing about our team is the diversity. Everyone has their specialism and their own strengths. In essence, my work revolves around optimizing processes, the financial organization and processing, and ultimately the annual financial statements. I love to create insights from a lot of information. It’s also great to be able to involve the team in this process, helping colleagues understand material and being available for questions and explanations". 

What sets Bulsink apart from other companies?

“I’m originally from the accountancy sector. At the accounting firm, I worked for a numerous companies. Which on its own is challenging, many different types of business operations and entrepreneurs. However, I like to be able to go into the breadth and depth and that is possible here at Bulsink. There is also a lot of attention for the employees here. Amazing events, recognition, a game room. And mostly the sincere interest and appreciation for you as a person. I immediately felt at home here. I’ve never experienced anything like this before".
