Nada El Gouadi
She started her career as an architect, but was more attracted by the dynamics of project management. Meet Nada El Gouadi, Project Manager at our Paris office.
Can you tell us about yourself?
“My name is Nada El Gouadi, I am thirty years old and live in Paris. I’m an architect and have started my career in architecture firms mainly focusing on design, but quickly discovered that I was more attracted by the dynamics and strategic aspects of project management, in which I also have a degree. I joined Bulsink one and a half years ago as a Project Manager.”
“Outside of work, traveling is my number one passion. I love discovering new places and cultures. I also enjoy playing all kinds of games—sports games, board games, escape games, and even video games. It’s my way of staying competitive and having fun at the same time.”

“
What I enjoy most is the full perspective. Orchestrating everything from the initial idea to the moment we hand over the key.
- Nada El Gouadi, Project Manager Bulsink France
What does your role entail, and what do you enjoy most about your work?
“I make projects happen. A client comes up with a location, and we take it from there. We make drawings, arrange for authorization by the city administration, agree on a budget and timeline, and take care of the execution. As a Project Manager, I work by three guidelines: ensuring quality, managing the timeline and managing the budget; both for our clients and for Bulsink.”
“What I enjoy most is the full perspective. I love overseeing every phase of a project. Orchestrating everything from the initial idea to the moment we hand over the key. I also enjoy communicating and working closely with all parties involved: our clients, subcontractors, suppliers, the city administration, to bring everything together successfully.”
What is it like to be part of the French team of a Dutch general contractor?
“Our Paris office consists of a small team of seven colleagues, which makes it a bit like joining a startup company, with all its dynamics. At the same time, we can rely on the experience of a large company, in the form of our Dutch head office. It’s really the best of both worlds.”
“Also, Bulsink has more of an open minded and less hierarchical company culture than we may be used to in France. Communication is easy and transparent, which makes collaboration smooth and effective.”

CORE VALUES
Which of Bulsink's B.U.I.L.D. core values best describes you and why?
“I would say leading. It’s at the core of what I do as a Project manager. Leading projects, leading a team, making decisions, and ensuring everyone is aligned for a common goal.”
“Leadership in my role is not just about managing processes; it’s about guiding teams, solving challenges, and maintaining motivation under pressure. Whether it's making key decisions, keeping communication open, or helping team members stay focused, effective leadership is what drives a project’s success.”
