Working together with the client
The 165m² office space was completely stripped and rebuilt, featuring brand-new installations, a fresh screed, a full interior finishing. Located beneath an apartment complex, the project required creative solutions for acoustics and technical systems. Integrating the technology without lowering the ceiling was a challenge, but our team actively collaborated with the client to deliver custom solutions that perfectly fit their needs. The chosen solution – a sprayed acoustic ceiling – not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also provides the necessary soundproofing, while allowing enough space for essential installations.
