At Fellenoord in Eindhoven, Bulsink transformed one large, open office space on a single floor for Spaces into a smart layout with various types of workstations. Located in the heart of the business district, right next to the train station, we created a modern environment that perfectly matches the international coworking concept of Spaces.
Complete Redesign and Construction
As a general contractor with extensive experience in flexible office concepts, Bulsink delivered the complete redesign and construction. The open floor was divided into multiple zones using glass partitions, metal stud walls, new doors and door frames. We created a mix of private offices, meeting rooms, focus areas, and a phone booth, complemented by new flooring and kitchen units. We also carried out the necessary installation work, ensuring that all functions are fully supported technically.
Ready for daily use
In this way, one large open space was transformed into a fully equipped work floor, ready for intensive daily use by Spaces members.
From Permits to Turnkey delivery
As General Contractor, Bulsink managed the entire process — from permit applications and technical engineering to execution and turnkey delivery. We took full responsibility, allowing our client to stay focused on their business.
