Four monumental buildings have been carefully transformed — with craftsmanship and attention to detail — into a modern, high-end workplace where heritage and contemporary comfort blend seamlessly.
Flexible Workspaces with Historic Character
The new Regus location offers an inspiring mix of flexible desks, private offices, meeting rooms, and a stylish lounge. A fully renewed entrance has also been created, aligning with both the character of the building and Regus' international standards. Whether you need a desk for a day or a fully furnished office for a longer term, everything is designed for comfort, productivity, and professionalism.

Working within monumental real estate calls for practical and creative solutions. In close collaboration with Regus, we implemented smart MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems that preserve the building’s original charm. Technical components are concealed in custom-made coves, perfectly aligned with the architectural style — without compromising on modern standards like climate control, acoustics, and lighting.
From Permits to Turnkey delivery
As General Contractor, Bulsink managed the entire process — from permit applications and technical engineering to execution and turnkey delivery. We took full responsibility, allowing our client to stay focused on their business.
