For McDonald’s, we completed two remarkable transformation projects in Eindhoven: the restaurants on the Markt and the Demer. Both locations were converted to a new concept, with speed, quality and careful execution at the heart of the process. The renovations were carried out within a very tight timeframe: each location was fully transformed in just six weeks.
Building in a busy city centre
The biggest challenge was the complex logistics of building in a busy inner-city environment. Construction in the city centre requires precise logistics, smart phasing and experience working in high-traffic locations. Through tight planning, efficient coordination and continuous alignment with all parties involved, the work could be carried out in a controlled way with minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
From demolition to finishing touch
As construction partner, we took care of the entire process: from the first demolition works through to the final finishing touches. The result: two future-proof McDonald’s restaurants in the heart of Eindhoven.
