Bulsink Real Estate is working on the transformation of the building at Vredesplein in Waalwijk. The property, which currently has a mixed function of residential and office use, will be redeveloped into a residential building with 19 apartments within the existing building volume.
Sustainable redevelopment
With this redevelopment, Bulsink focuses on the sustainable reuse of the existing structure while adding new housing in Waalwijk. By taking the current structure and characteristic elements as the starting point, the building will be given a future-proof function that fits the surroundings of Vredesplein.
