The time when pharmacies, dental practices, orthodontists, multifunctional health centres or care hotels were accommodated in boring buildings, finally seems to be over. When it comes to accommodations, we have discerned two trends in the care market. The first is chain formation, in which uniformity and identifiability provide an important contribution to the brand experience of clients. The second is the need for individual practices to express their own distinctive identity in the appearance of the premises. In both cases, we help clients by giving them advice, in which we gladly provide our expertise in retail and the hospitality industry; markets that, by definition, are concerned about appearance and perception.
