INNOVATIVE AND EFFICIENT COLLABORATION

In order to build faster, better and more cost-efficiently in every stage of the construction process, we use advanced digital tools. Below are just some examples of the cool tools we use.

BOX: SHARING IMAGES ONLINE

Smooth cooperation starts with creating one shared reality. That’s where the Box software comes in. In Box, all the project information that every stakeholder needs can be accessed online. That way, everyone always has the latest version of every document.

POINTCLOUD: 3D MEASURING AND VISUALISATION

The room dimensions in a building almost always deviate from the dimensions on the floor plan. That’s why we always make a 3D scan first using Pointcloud. We accurately map out the correct measurements and the updated situation. This allows us to reliably test the feasibility of ideas and building plans.

REVIT: 3D MODELLING AND VIRTUAL REALITY

One picture says more than a thousand words. And one AR or VR animation gives a better impression than a thousand 2D visuals. Revit gives us the ability to bring construction drawings and artists’ impressions to life. And by automating routine elements of the modelling process, we speed up the turnaround time of projects.

CCTV: WATCH THE BUILDING PROCESS IN REAL TIME

Using webcams on the building site, we can monitor the progress of projects in real time. If there are any questions, we can have a look and zoom in straight away. And we can retrieve images afterwards to evaluate the building process. Do you have any idea how much time this saves our project managers and clients?

ED CONTROLS: ONE APP FOR RECORDING AND INSPECTION

Get a clear picture of all actions points well before the lease period starts. And have an overview of possible snagging items at delivery. Ed Controls puts an end to that mountain of paperwork. The handy app lets you record all building data or monitor the delivery of a project in real time. Control and efficiency for all parties concerned.
